The Slater-Marietta Fire Department is located in Northern Greenville County and serves the Slater, Marietta, Cleveland and Travelers Rest Communities. The district covers approximately 120+ square miles and is rated as an ISO 5. It is a combination department with 30+ dedicated members providing protection to all of its citizens.

The Slater-Marietta Fire District would like to announce the opening of our Ed McMakin Training Center, located at out station two on Bates Crossing Rd. Our department as well as other departments will utilize this facility to stay up to date on training.
